1. Set the Stage
We kick things off with a 1–2 hour online workshop. You’ll gain clarity on where your brand currently stands—and where you want it to go. We’ll define your audience, your goals, and touchpoints.
2. Benchmarking
Behind the scenes, I dive into competitor and market research. The goal? To uncover what your dream customers respond to—and how we can stand out sonically in your space. Expect insights, not guesswork.

3. Concept Development
You’ll get two distinct musical directions your brand could take—complete with initial sketches for your audio logo, musical styles, and sound design.
This isn’t a black box: before I compose anything, we’ll talk through the options together, based on the research and your vision.
(Another 1–2 weeks)
4. Feedback & Revisions
You pick your favorite direction and give feedback. Two revision rounds are included, so we fine-tune until it feels just right.
5. Music Production
Now I produce the final pieces—starting with your audio logo and expanding into music beds, phone loops, stingers, whatever we’ve agreed on. All with the same sonic DNA.
6. Audio Brand Style Guide
You’ll receive a short but powerful audio brand style guide (2–3 pages) and a master folder with all your audio assets. This is your toolkit to keep everything cohesive moving forward.
7. (Optional) Implementation & Monitoring
Want ongoing support? I can oversee how your sound gets implemented in new content. Retainer or project-based—totally up to you.

There is no standard budget for Audio Branding. In 99% of the cases we will agree on a flat-fee. No hourly guesswork. No hidden surprises. Just clarity on what you’ll get and what it will cost right from the start. Just a click away — literally. My studio sits on a little hill in Wuppertal, Germany. Chances are, you’ve never heard of the place… but clients from Los Angeles, Paris, London, Cairo, Manila, Havana, and Berlin have managed to find me just fine.
Working internationally has taught me how to bridge time zones without the headaches. That means smooth video calls when we want them, and clear feedback loops that keep us moving (without drowning in endless email chains).

When can you start? And how long does an Audio Branding project take?
I’m usually booked for the next 2-3 months, so the sooner you reach out to me, the better. Once we have kicked off the project, depending on the scope, typical projects including an Audio Logo and customized music take around 3-4 weeks until you’ll have the final audio files in your hands.
